Vegan Frozen Yogurt Bites

The healthy 4-ingredient wonder: Creamy, fruity-fresh, and ready in no time.

10 Min.

Preparation

1. Prepare the berry core:
Thoroughly mash the berries with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in the chia seeds and agave syrup, then let the mixture sit for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and thicken.

2. Shape and initial freeze:
Spoon the berry mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper, forming circles that are about two tablespoons in size each. Transfer the tray to the freezer for 1 to 2 hours until the fruit discs are completely firm and frozen solid.

3. Apply yogurt coating:
Remove the frozen fruit discs from the parchment paper. Place a large dollop of yogurt onto the parchment paper for each disc instead. Set one frozen fruit disc directly onto each yogurt dollop and cover it from above with another layer of yogurt to create a fully enclosed bite.

4. Final set:
Freeze the fully assembled bites for another 30 minutes until the yogurt shell is perfectly frozen and set.
