Strawberry Matcha Latte (Vegan)

Preparation

1. Prepare strawberry base:

Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Place the berries and maple syrup in the glass and mash into a puree using a fork.

2. Add ice cubes:

Fill the glass with ice cubes almost to the rim to create a stable barrier for the layers.

3. Pour oat milk:

Slowly pour the cold oat milk over the ice cubes into the glass.

4. Add Matcha layer:

Whisk the Matcha powder into the warm water until smooth. Carefully pour the shot over the milk to create the green layer.
