Vanilla Rum
Some like it hot. Just the right thing for cold days.

Preparation
1. Boil the vanilla water:
Add 500 ml water to a small saucepan. Stir in vanilla extract and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
2. Prepare the rum:
Pour 2 cl of rum into each heatproof glass.
3. Pour and serve:
Carefully fill the glasses with the hot vanilla water. Stir gently and serve immediately.
