Amaranth Cherry Layered Yogurt (Vegan)

A fresh summer fruit dessert with a nutty amaranth note.

Preparation

1. Mix base:

Thoroughly mix the popped amaranth with the soy yogurt, agave nectar, and a splash of lemon juice in a bowl.

2. Prepare fruit:

Wash the cherries thoroughly with cold water and then completely remove the pits.

3. Layer glass:

Layer the amaranth soy yogurt mixture and the prepared cherries alternately into tall glasses.
