The ultimate kebab night – street food vibes at home.

10 Min.

Preparation

1. Make or use ready-made tofu döner strips:
How to turn tofu into perfect döner strips and season them can be found in this recipe for tofu döner strips. Or roast store-bought ones in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20–25 minutes until wonderfully crispy and crunchy.

2. Prepare the vegetables:
Slice the iceberg lettuce into fine strips, the red cabbage as well, and cut the cucumber and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

3. Mix the garlic sauce:
Mix the soy skyr with finely chopped garlic, salt, dill, a splash of lemon, a little vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, and nutritional yeast into a creamy sauce.

4. Assemble the bowl:
Place the iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, and tomato pieces as a generous base in a bowl. Top with the oven-fresh tofu döner strips and drizzle the garlic sauce over them.
