Ginger Turmeric Shot (vegan)
Immune-Boosting Recipe with Citrus Freshness and Spicy Kick
10 Min.
Preparation
1. Prep the ingredients:
Wash the ginger thoroughly (no need to peel if it's organic). Peel the lemon, apple, and mandarins (or oranges), remove seeds if necessary, and roughly chop everything.
2. Add everything to the blender:
Place the ginger, citrus fruits, apple pieces, turmeric, water, and optionally the agave syrup into a high-speed blender.
3. Blend:
Blend until you get a smooth, drinkable liquid. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or nut milk bag — but it's not necessary.
4. Fill into bottles:
Pour the finished shot into clean glass bottles or jars with lids. Store in the refrigerator.
5. Shelf life:
Keeps in the fridge for about 4–5 days. Shake well before drinking!
