
Juicy Warm Chocolate Mug Cake with Blueberries

Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients:
Gather the oats, ripe banana, tofu, PB&J powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, soy milk, and flaxseed.
2. Blend the batter:
Add all the prepared ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer to a bowl:
Pour the blended batter into a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.
4. Add blueberries:
Scatter the frozen blueberries evenly over the top of the batter.
5. Microwave:
Microwave for 6 to 7 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through and has a moist texture. Optionally top with the homemade vanilla sauce from the baked apple recipe while still hot.
