Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients:
Wash the fresh blueberries thoroughly and measure out all the ingredients. The frozen broccoli florets do not need to be thawed beforehand.
2. Blend the smoothie:
Put 500 ml water, 30 g protein powder, 150 g blueberries, 50 g frozen broccoli florets, and agave syrup to taste in a high-speed blender.
3. Puree:
Blend all ingredients on the highest setting until smooth and creamy.
4. Serving:
Pour the smoothie into a large glass and enjoy it immediately after preparation.
