Oat Milk (vegan)

Homemade in 5 minutes with just 2 ingredients, without sugar or additives.

10 Min.

Preparation

1. Puree:
Puree water and rolled oats in a blender until no chunks are visible.

2. Filter (optional):
The milk can be pressed through a nut bag. Unfiltered, it is particularly suitable for cooking, baking, muesli and the like. If the milk is not pressed through the nut bag, the oat residue will settle at the bottom when stored in the fridge and the consistency of this settled mass will be slimy. I personally do not filter the milk. I shake the bottle well before adding it to my muesli or using it for baking.

3. Refine the taste (optional):
For a sweeter taste, you can add dates.
