Preparation
1. Prepare the plums:
Wash the plums thoroughly, remove the pits, and cut into small pieces.
2. Heat with lemon juice:
Place the plum pieces in a large pot with the lemon juice. Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the plums are soft.
3. Purée:
Finely purée the soft plums with a hand blender until smooth.
4. Add the jam sugar and cinnamon:
Stir in the jam sugar and cinnamon, bring everything to a boil while stirring, and boil vigorously for 4 minutes.
5. Bottle:
Immediately pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, seal tightly, and turn upside down for about 5 minutes. Then turn them back over and let them cool.
