
Spicy Soy Mince Stir-Fry with Green Beans

Preparation
1. Soak soy mince:
Soak the fine soy mince in hot vegetable broth for 5 minutes, then press out the excess liquid thoroughly using a fine sieve.
2. Sear soy mince:
Sear the pressed soy mince vigorously in a non-stick pan without any added oil.
3. Add vegetables and seasoning:
Add the green beans, finely minced garlic, soy sauce, and Sambal Oelek to the pan.
4. Cook:
Cook everything for about 10 minutes while stirring regularly until the green beans are crisp-tender.
