Carrot and Apple Salad
Whether as a side dish or a light meal - this salad can be prepared in just a few minutes and is full of vitamins.

Preparation
1. Grate the apples and carrots:
Wash the apples and carrots and peel (if desired) and grate finely using a grater.
2. Mix the dressing:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, vinegar and agave syrup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Mix everything together:
Pour the dressing over the grated carrots and apples and mix well.
4. Optionally refine with walnuts:
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts as desired - for extra crunch and healthy fats!
