Quick Chocolate Chunks (Vegan)

Chocolate with your favorite topping – ready in 5 minutes.

5 Min.

Preparation

1. Prepare:
Line a small dish or flat plate with parchment paper. Roughly chop the dark chocolate. Ensure your nut butter is at room temperature to prevent the chocolate from seizing.

2. Melt:
Place the chocolate in a bowl. Melt in the microwave at max 600W in 30-second intervals. Stir in between. Once almost melted, remove and stir until smooth.

3. Swirl:
Add the nut butter to the melted chocolate. Gently swirl it in with a knife or spoon to create a marbled look. Do not overmix.

4. Top:
Spread the mixture into the prepared dish. Choose your topping (see options below) and sprinkle it generously over the chocolate. A pinch of sea salt is a must!

5. Chill & Serve:
Place in the freezer for about 20–30 minutes. Once firm, break or cut into rough chunks.
