Preparation
1. Soak:
Put the tender rolled oats in a bowl and mix with the plant milk. Leave the mixture to soak for 15 minutes or put it in the fridge overnight.
2. Add ingredients:
Once the oats are nicely swollen, stir in the vegan yogurt, chopped nuts, raisins, grated apples, lemon juice, agave syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.
3. Garnish and serve:
Divide the Bircher Muesli into bowls and garnish with fresh blueberries or other berries of your choice.B
4. Store:
Enjoy the muesli immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge. It will stay fresh for 2-3 days.
